Final project - Rowing

Sports are a big business in a worldwide with a growing number of people. All the sports & social clubs here in A.D and the number of staff and professional coaches. These sports will return to our health if we practice. On a personal note, my first sports I played was football because that's the only sport I was watching it but then my father took me to Abu Dhabi club and he chose a very different sport to me about  football, the toughest sport.  Rowing was and is still the toughest sports in the world and I didn't know in this sport anything but when I learned I loved the sport so much and every year I chose a different sport from the other to keep changing because every sport have something special and I want to learn it.

There are many people like rowing and sometimes confuse it for a hobby, or just something to pass the time. Rowing is the most painful and exhausting sport of all because you use your strength and your muscles to help you move and is a sport that takes time. When one sets a goal to lose a few calories and work out more, results are easy to see, often in a few weeks. As for rowing, teaching someone to row effectively may very well take a few years in this incredibly long gap between training and results. Crew brings people together like no other sport can, maybe because you constantly have to move like one person or maybe it’s because you spend all the time of the season together and Those trips what really make rowing worthwhile. The coach who overseeing us was always told us that,” pain is temporary, but the glory will still forever.” and I agree with that statement. Because no matter how much hard work we go through at practice every day, the important things that how many goals we succeeded and because of those hard moments that make the moments so easy to enjoy. Rowers are unique in the athletic world.  The most difference between rowing and other sports is the coxswain, or the "little person who sits in the boat and yells at the rowers. These are the simple things that make you happy; regardless of what had happened on the race course that day. There is one huge difference, aside from getting to see the people you're beating. If you feel itchy nose, burning eyes or race, there's nothing you can do about it until the completion of the race. If the race takes 6 or 7 minutes then you are lucky, but if the main race 6 km, enjoy it for 15 minutes!

We maybe think that these sports have been around the longest due to their popularity.   However, there is a sport that has stood the test of time even before it was a highlight across the nation. “The beginning of rowing was to ancient Egypt, where rowing on the Nile. Method of affixing the oar to the side of the boat was discovered by the Greeks for about thousand years ago. The Greeks was primarily used to transport goods. Gamble made this sport disappear but America and England helped the sport does not disappear through contests between inter-collegiate. The first race was Oxford / Cambridge in 1829 and race Harvard / Yale in 1852 and is among the oldest inter-collegiate in America. There have been a large number of changes and scientific developments in the sport and was the best boat is the fastest boat. For example, rowing seats have become more back to allow them to use their legs to drive the boat. Schuylkill Navy of Philadelphia, which began in 1858, and was the first rowing Association and the first amateur sports organization and in 1872, the National Assembly began amateur rowers (NAAO).

rowing is the sports that exercises all the major muscle groups, including quads, biceps, triceps, lats, glutes and abdominal muscles and its improves cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength and also its  low impact activity with movement only in defined ranges, so twist and sprain injuries are rare. However, the repetitive rowing action can put strain on knee joints, the spine and the tendons of the forearm, and inflammation of these are the most common rowing injuries.

Overall, there is many reasons why this sport has completely changed their life, when in reality twenty years from now they'll look back and realize that it was an activity that occupied time and, in some cases, was good for their.
